LB Recruiting prior to Mario

The only two LBs on the current team that should EVER take another snap with the U on their helmet are Wes and Chase.

I had high hopes for Keontra. He's not as sound closer to the line, unfortunately, and not fast enough to be a safety. Another one of those Manny tweeners that never quite found a spot where they could shine.

I'd add JW0 if he realizes he is one.
Yeah 100%. I was just looking at this list in OP.

What makes this even sadder is the fact that Shaq and Mike were both committed to canes for over 15 months before Golden got canned. Those weren’t even Richt’s recruits. Thank god for Hurlie Brown.

From Golden to Mario- we've had a really bad run of LB recruiting which speaks volumes to Manny's evals.

Y'all MF'ers chewed me out on here for saying TAC was a bad take.
Someone owes me a 10 piece lemon pepper.

SIDENOTE: this roster is a dumpster fire, and looking at the returners doesn't make me feel any better about next season. 😩

The front-7 recruiting was so embarrassingly bad.
Correct... Purging the roster (which is needed) doesn't make on field performance better... It's gonna take a lil bit to really see a difference ...but... it's gotta start somewhere...

I heard Strong isn't (or wasn't) high on Stanquan Clark. 🤔

He must be high on dope then.

Because that kid is an animal.

The type that goes else where becomes all conference and a mid round draft pick...while we have 2 kids transfer out of the position

Talk about a guy who had a significant decline in play this year. Sheesh - he was abysmal for most of the year. He's a dawg and would love to have seen him excel but it is what it is.

But yeah, chase and wes are the only ones to keep. Flagg we should keep just to have a good lockeroom/film junkie guy. All others, thank you for your time here, best of luck elsewhere.

Agree. As much as I feel Flagg never should have been offered, I think it would be wrong and destructive to push him out now. He's everything you want in a player from a leadership and teammate perspective. So 2 real players +1 coach in training.

The type he himself used to pull outta south florida when he was at louisville right? That's why the evaluation is so surprising.
