None of the names being thrown around from Broward-Dade are QBs and OL so I could give a **** about who we're missing on at CB/WR/S/DE. Somehow with all those misses the defense is still the 2nd best defense in the country. So when this circle jerk is over tell me how those misses are hurting the on field product more than not securing a QB and OL from other places in the country.

i agree. get the OL from the midwest and get the QBs out of anywhere but FL. FL QBs have been absolutely awful for us

This is great. It is.

But this is about locking down the home base. We ain't doin it and its terrible for the program. These guys live within ****ing distance of Mahoney-Pearson and we ain't landing any of these elite locals. NONE.

This isn't true. Last year we did really well in South Florida, yeah, we didn't get the #1 guys but we certainly got elite guys. Pope, Silvera, Blades, Scaife, Hall, Frierson, all of those guys were highly sought after by all the big programs.

Is that good enough to get where we want to go? I don't think so. But we don't have to resort to hyperbole and dramatics when describing the situation.

So we have a team filled with JAGs? From how you explain it there aint no talent on this team
No, I said we need to stack another good class on top of last years that was the best class we have signed since I started following recruiting (better than overrated 2008 class IMO).

And after that class you would think we would sign another at least close to it, but that isn't happening.

We do have huge holes (for the future) at QB, OT, DB, DT, DE, LB, and a real Punter that need top quality recruits (or Punter grad transfer please God) to contribute early.

So it seems that we do have more JAGS on this team than most of us would like to admit.

Not the young guys, but we have too many upperclassmen (especially at OL) wasting scholarships for us, and have no future of ever producing for this team at a high level in this next season or 2.

There is plenty of talent on this team for this season to be much better everywhere except for OL and QB.

Recruiting is for the future, and we only signed 3 OL last cycle, and didn't land the top DBs on our board outside of Frierson and Hall and only signed Nesta and a project at DT.

We lose St Louis at OT - Need Neal

We lose Jaquan, Redwine and Jackson at DB - Need $tevenson

We lose Willis at DT - Need every **** DT we can find and losing a kid who you had silently committed, from a pipeline school just b/c Baga finally gave him a committable offer is ******* weak.

Typical kid response, no real answer back just going right with the dumb jokes to counter not having a good response back

I did have a response. Historical precedent. You simply refuse to grasp it and wanna puff your chest like reality does not exist.

Turn the PC off.

“Life after football,” Ingraham told 247Sports’ Andrew Ivins of why he chose the Tide. “They have the 1st and 10 club that helps you get a job after football. That’s what I’m thinking about. Most athletes don’t think about that. And I’ll be developed and be ready to take my game to the next level at Alabama.”

Look at that quote...Like this kid actually cares about the 1st and 10 club... and getting a job in the middle of nowhere . What a cheap excuse.

What’s funny is he says that like it’s a deciding factor like Miami or other programs don’t do the same thing.

Miami degree is exponentially more valuable than a degree from Baga. That kid's also a spineless simp. Give the real reason you didn't want to come to Miami.
