We r a dead program as in has been.....we didnt capatilize off Butch and we screwed around with hires.....the sec and sfla momentun seems too much to overcome. Us being at the top of cfb days are possibly over. I mean it sucks but thats what it is.

One thing I haven’t seen mentioned is Jason Taylor. He played in Saban’s D with the Dolphins and ingraham is his crown jewel. He could’ve been the X factor everyone looked past.

Ridley has played 8 games and is the 3rd WR option.
Cooper is an average WR who has the drops and is considered a *****.
Collins is good against the run and awful against the pass - even said so last night on the broadcast.

They have some solid/decent players, a few studs, and a bunch of overrated JAGS.

I'm not huge on propping up other schools, but if you don't think that the Alabama pipeline to the NFL is better than ours at this point you are high.

The guys who drove our era of dominating the league are mostly retired or washed at this point. The best NFL players out of our program since these kids turned 10 are mostly too young to have done anything yet (Njoku, Walton) or role players (Duke, Perryman, Burns, Dorsett). And we've had our busts as well (Flowers, Dorsett).

We still get the most prospects from SFL but our classes get shotgunned holes shot in them by the above schools.

Until recruiting is fixed and the perception changes it wont fix ****. The people up top have to put more money into the program hire a savage and show we aint playing games no more. Until then we r a second tier program imo. NFL U has been killed off by the SEC we put bumbs in the league now practice squad guys. Correct..the key is to have the provisions and options lined up when you KNOW its a possibility a kid can go the other way. This staff seems to be 3 years deep in not correctly foreseeing certain thingas that the common fan on this board sees. Do you guys realize we have folks on this board thats been around south florida recruiting longer than guys on the staff. Richt even when he was at UGA wasnt recruiting down here to much. They get caught with their hands holding their d*ck wayyyy to much for my liking.
