So lemme see if I’m getting this right. Blake wants this to happen to save his own ***. If the football team is bad he will blame it on Alonzo. Manny doesn’t want it because he’s insecure and knows he will be canned cause he’s garbage.

Pretty much Cane. Betas everywhere. Betas on the BOT. Beta president. Beta AD who hired a Beta coach. Alpha Zo shows up and what we get is a bunch of hand wringing. In many ways, it's typical to the point of being predictable.

Neither Flake or Manure are going to hire ANYONE that instantly Becomes a threat to them with a little power.

Both are insecure in what they do and don’t want anyone around that can point out the shtty job they are doing to the higher ups ( BOT) that still believe all the “ we are on the way back” BS these two worthless pieces of crap spew on a constant basis.

If they do higher someone in a GM type position you can believe it will be some no nothing peon who won't be any threat to these two bozos that are in the process of blowing up the program one idiot move at a time.

I think this position is getting a little too much hype at this point, compared to the reality of what it is all over college football. It doesn't appear to wield much power anywhere else.

its what stroud was hired to do originally. Zo would have to be a director of football ops

Learn how to post. And tell the truth.
I'm educated on both. Clearly you were never taught reading comprehension in school. I'm sure there is an online class you could take somewhere that could potentially allow you to sound more intelligent on here than dbc but I seriously doubt it. Did you catch the swine flu from your bear attacked buddy?

Be specific. How in god's name did the FUNDRAISER ***** this up?

So the reports of Beta Blake and Manny Jr. not wanting Highsmith are untrue, it's a FUNDRAISER that is to blame for not giving Alonzo the power that he needs?

Yeah, if I was having trouble believing you before, you just made things worse.
Wow you’re dumb. He meant Blake is only a fundraiser.

No, your multiple misleading posts are pathetic.

YOU were the one who promised everyone that this was a done deal. Now you are scrambling to invent a scenario that explains how the deal came undone.

Don't blame others for your incompetence and overpromises. And pick an accurate nickname for Blake.

People will realize he has no clue what he is talking about

Zo wouldn't return to UM to be Manny's hype man. If that were the case, Manny wouldn't push back against Zo being hired.

Zo is about my age, 54 years old, and looks to be in serious trouble in Cleveland. This would be a great soft landing spot for him if that is what he choses to do don't you think?

Notice today he told Barry he had not removed his name from consideration for the job. Objectively does that sound like a guy who's not interested in this position as I will presume it was discussed with him?

Cane we are in the same peer group. I have no doubt Zo wants to come back, but he's not coming back to send tweets or to energize our guys on the sideline before kickoff. Manny would love that. What Manny knows is that Zo isn't coming back unless he has say in the meaningful decisions that affect our football team.

Yea, he doesn't need this position. He needs a high level position in the Athletic Department overseeing the football program. Big difference here.

Look, dipsh!te, I'm not going to be mad at you forever, but you are digging your heels and trying to blame others.

Maybe I misunderstood your horrible attempt at a nickname for Blake, but at least I can acknowledge that mistake.

Meanwhile, you flat-out lied to everyone, and now you are doubling down.

Nobody put a gun to your head and made you promise everyone that this was a done deal. We all realize that you wanted to be internet-famous for 15 minutes, you were like Gary Ferman trying to tell us that Jon Gruden was coming to coach UM.

Simply stated, nobody takes a SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLAR JOB on a non-existent job description. YOU told us this was a done deal, and that means a bit more than "strong interest on one person's part". You would have us believe that Alonzo Highsmith, a very bright guy, just walked into, say, "McDonalds" and verbally accepted a job as the fry guy, only to be told by the Manager that, "hey, we are looking at other fry guys, and we are really more focused on assistant fry guys, so you won't be able to pour out the oil or rip open the bags, and we'll get back to you down the road".

That is the very definition of "NOT a done deal".

We can see what you are doing. You are going to deflect and blame others, when the reality is that nobody forced you to overstate the certainty with which Alonzo "had the job".

Sorry that my terrible reading comprehension (I didn't miss a single question in RC on the LSAT) caused me to misunderstand your fvcktarded nickname for Manny. I can admit when I was wrong.

You can't.

I never spoke about manny holding anything up. Every reference has been about flake buddy. Manny may have been the one to persuade flake to not give up the power to zo but the end decision is in that weak cucks hands. Only reason he is still here is because of fundraising ability. If our admin had balls they would fire him and outright name zo ad

Nobody has the time for all of that.

I'm telling you, it's a money issue. Blake is just a guy to sit there and be there. They have dumped money on guys they thought could bring us back. Richt on the cheap. Manny on the cheap. Shannon on the cheap. Al they thought was a rising star. Those last two, they got cheap, but were still paying buyouts. Blake is insignificant, also cheap by AD standards.

It's a money issue compounded by wrong decisions on who they thought could get us out of the dump we've been in. End of story.

Dont fall for that nonsense, its never been a money issue at UM when it came to getting coaches, that's just the convient excuse now, its about the bytches trying to distance themselves from Miami type coaches. There were always several Great assistant coaches, the would come and work at UM than go back and coach highschool, and than comeback, coach soldinger was a prime example, he didnt need alot of money to coach here, if you know anything about Miami, highschool coaches not making that much down here, and the assistant coach coaches use to only get stipends, so anybody that came and coached at UM was going to be getting paid at minimum around triple to quadruple than whatever they were making before, and coached their positions to the highest of levels, it wasnt about money in the 1st place with the real Miami coaches, we got away from them and that type of coaching culture in the early 2000's so yeah, now they gotta pay to get people here, stack money, not produce and than roll out. They should've left coach richt alone until the end of this season, he earned that right, but the clowns being clowns didnt, so flake tried to bring his suggestions to coach richt and coach richt told em to ***** OFF, and rightfully so.

Coach richt would've built the talent base up real easy like he already was doing, and if nothing else, if it was time for him to rollout,he would've but flakes hoe *** suggestions expedited that process, coach richt basically was like, he aint got to put up with bytches like flake james, so he dipped out, he already knew flakes snake *** wanted him to be the headman anyway. All you need at Miami is a headcoach with balls, who actually wants to be at Miami, the rest will take care of itself. The penn disgrace moron never wanted to be here, that's why he said this is a "destination job" and people ate that **** up like he was saying something good. Speaking of which, and this goes to show how phucked up this administration is in the head, the penn disgrace moron resided over the worst defenses in UM football history and not once did you see or hereof flakes james trying to intervene and make recommendations on staff replacements in 4years, all of a sudden, coach richts in,wins Coach of the year, the coastal division, a bowl game etc. etc., is an alumni, and after year 3, that clown called himself trying to intervene with a proven program builder & headcoach. Here's what flake james needs:
