Are you saying he’s not good enough to play at Clemson ? Based off what ?

An how would that push him to us, when our WR depth chart is up there with theirs if not better

Sometimes young kids drink in all the Koolaide of all world accommodations awesome as they are along with huge promises with fingers crossed.
Just to take a WR away from the U who is chasing and gaining ground on Clemson.

Pride could possibly be in play here with this young man and it wouldn’t let him back off and stay home.

Did he ever say he felt at home honestly?

I just find it hard to not want to play for your hometown team who has everything you need and wants you badly.

Maybe it’s greener at Clemson, we’ll see when he’s in his dorm and no one is hitting his warm and cozy needs as a yong kid .

We offer everything possible why leave your family also , he’s leaving for everything he already has here don’t get it .

A lot of crying at night into his pillow.

We’ll never know why these kids do what they do . For all we know he could’ve just kade those reasons up and what really pushed Clemson to be the choice was that bad chick who gave him top when he went on a visit . We’ll never know . Whatever his reason was doesn’t mean he can’t still be successful there. He could be successful or he could end up as you described, trying to transfer out .

I live in Spg now. Unless someone just flat out wants to live in a town like this, there's nothing here that screams "leave Miami for this".

To play in front of family and friends along with a school that has your best interest at heart an deeply cares like Miami does and once you sign they take ownership ship of not only you but your whole family unit.

This is THE U they give U there heart wholeheartedly and once U open yours you’ll never be the same again.

Why some local kids don’t see this is a mystery to me a college with Love tough to find and when it selects you hard to ignore.

A Homestead kid that chooses to go to school in South Carolina? Something is wrong with this picture.

@Brooklyndee said it weeks ago. Momma want him in Clemson. Time to move on.

Why is something wrong with that?

Any school to a recruit or teenager looks like a blast. Do they see the entire picture, no, but they do see players from similar backgrounds making it at whatever place.

I grew up in S. FL, Palm Beach County. I lived as close as one house to the beach. You know what I don't care about anymore? The beach, been there and done that. My last few years down there, I went maybe a handful of times.

I love the mountains, it's different and visually stunning in my book. I would rather be skiing or hiking than any warm weather activity. I imagine if I grew up in the mountains maybe the beach would have more appeal.

Sometimes people want something that is different than what they know. People don't vacation to go somewhere just like home. Its a new experience, which makes sense for those wanting a little adventure.

Nothing wrong with staying home either. Everyone is different, so be it. Plenty of city folk and People of color in South Carolina. Sure, it isn't S. FL, but somehow people make it there.

I always wonder why people mention the weather and scenery when talking about why a local kid needs to pick Miami. Turns out some people want the opposite of what they grew up with, or at least a little change.

It has nothing to do with this....**** wisky beat us and they cant get a recruit from us. We beat fsu and some kids still went there over us.

That's not sound logic. We've been Clemson's ***** the last two matchup as they beat us like a drum. It isn't just them beating us, they're a hot team nationally as evidenced by their results on the field.

We return the favor for those last two games, do what they've been doing, I promise we're the hotter ticket.

Wisconsin, just a bad comparison. You think if Bama wasn't doing what they do, they would get the guys they got if we upped our game? FSU, seven years until this last one, that got them some play as well.

We start popping off, its over for the local guys. The fence, it would be back up and college football would be our sandbox.

Depends on the person. I grew up the same as you. Moved away to more mountain and cold climate and I will say I miss the beach.

Most certainly it can work both ways. I used to go fishing every weekend with my grandfather that the ocean allowed. I've been on some charters since he retired his captains hat, but it isn't the same. That's the one thing I would pick up for the kids if I ever moved to the coast.

Come on you really don't believe this? We beat FSU what once out of 8 times or so and it was with like 6 seconds left. We should beat Fl State again this year. Nobody in their right mind would move from SF to Wisky. lol Clemson has owned us, the fans know it, the coaches know it and the recruits know it. Beat Clemson and more of the great kids will stay home.

Well I do agree with this, you will always find a few that want a change, that's true all over the country. But if we get hot more will stay home. Clemson is a real problem right now, they are getting better talent because they're on top and that's tough to beat. JMO
