I must say , I don’t know how the management here does it balancing there personal lives , work and CIS .
I don’t blow smoke , I tell it how I see it with a compassionate guide .
Some here have no idea of the effort to run this site , I surely don’t, I just see the fruits of there efforts.
I say these things every so often because they need to be said.

My appeal failed. You’ll be back on here in 6 days. Tone down the snot-nosed kid condescending stuff. It’s pretty much what gets you in trouble here every time. These dudes are mostly messing with you and it’s just part of the induction thing here. Don’t take it personally or so defensively. Humble up and it’ll pass over time - otherwise it won’t. Up to you to an extent. We all learn and grow.

THE PEOPLE OF CIS v. FRAGGLE
On the 23rd of September, user fraggle created a thread titled "Can we be civil". This thread was created in support of Manny Diaz and created five days after the loss to MSU. As you can see, the reactions are what you would expect. This would also be a similar reaction for when someone trolls the board as that is what most of the board believes to be the case. Fraggle is a troll hiding behind the senile old man gimmick. The people of CIS received many undeserving infractions for reactions that were very deserving. Numerous tamed posts such as ones containing a middle finger in many different varieties were labeled as personal attacks. The very same middle finger that was available on this board as a downvote reaction not too long ago.
Fraggle knew what he was doing. He created it with the sole intent of baiting the "Manny haters" as he puts it. He followed up this masterpiece by creating a thread in support of Blake James the very same day titled "Blake James isn't going anywhere...". Even the notorious Manny slurper himself, Go Canes!!, was in awe. He knew his comrade was testing the limits. But fraggle was on a roll and he could not be stopped. He baited many more users and garnered more infractions for the people of CIS. RVACane, a mauderator, did start to become suspicious yet no action was taken. It was no fault of his own as his fellow moderators were fraggle sympathizers.
I will repeat. Fraggle is a troll hiding behind the senile old man gimmick. Why else would he acknowledge this post? Fraggle is fully cognizant.
The people of CIS believes fraggle to be a troll, including respected poster Cribby @Alex Jones.
While he has been silent after UVA thus far, the maudes must monitor the boards as he will resurface in a few days. This is his MO. The below @RVACane post should have applied after and long before MSU. Keep this in mind for the next few days.
The people of CIS requests:
- All bands and infractions due to any interaction with fraggle be removed. @Hurracanes @djnellz @Mr. Dynasty1 @cway313 @Empirical Cane @Jedi Master Cane @Hogan and many more.

First, I would like to commend you on your fantastic efforts and presentation. I’m not certain that all of those cited received infractions for insulting Fraggle so those who did not are not properly part of this proceeding.
As I was not the infracting Mod, and this was all another Mod’s call, I will need to duly summons Judge @Andrew back into session here to look at the infractions in the thread you linked in your post. I would also like to notice @JD08 @Canes2082 @JeddTheFisch and @No_Fly_Zone in support of His Honor Lord bAndrew
@SFbayCane would lead any prosecutory response as the infracting officer

Outside of the major sports problems the man has accomplished a lot at and for the U. Not in support of him but realize how hard it would be for the BOT to get rid of him. If one considers our three major sports teams he is a failure. Basketball, football and perhaps worse baseball are all...

I have already submitted this to the court. It might have been buried under all of the evidence. This is why you my guy. But, seriously, you and me both know the senior citizen was baiting and getting ppl banned on purpose. I am in favor of a ban, but whatever the other mods choose to do, they will do it.
