Seriously, that’s actually pretty cool that you got to that level of fitness. Do you think some people have better genetics or do you think it’s all about who trains harder and eats better?
When I started on the first day I used EMPTY bars only and 21/2 lb dumbbells people laughed at me till I was doing 120 lb butter flys each arm 230 lb bar dips.....then never paid for gym membership
One more thing before all the name calling and foulness starts , people would ask to train always said NO my warm up squats example wouldn't start till 500 lbs for reps then I'd end up all alone people just had no idea so it was very important for training partners you've worked with for years others would just get hurt even trying.
