Kevin Olsen (baby Jesus)

This Olsen thing by us fans is really funny. While we are talking about this. Olsen is slowing surpassing RW in practices. Olsen is starting to expose RW'S noodle arm. He's hitting a lot of passes that RW can't. This aint over. By fall practice Olsen will be the starter. RW can't hit the deep routes. Attend some of the practices guys there free.

While we are talking about this Olsen is on spring break. Let's hope he and the rest of the team make it through without any arrests/incidents.

have you been to practices.?? There has been like 4.....Olsen is not surpassing anyone, how can you make a blank statement like that? Olsen is good better than good, he could start no doubt, But dont go south on RW..guy makes reads and hits guys in stride. We had a gunslinger...we need guy capable of walking to the line and reading and acting...not taking the snap and throwing a perfect ball 70 yards on a rope...

The surpassing comments seem to come from the last practice from spring break where Olsen made some plays. Of course it's a standard internet overreaction, but whatever. It would be nice to see Olsen come back from the break looking like he spent it resting and studying his playbook. If Williams can be more efficient than Morris and start, great, but if Olsen can take a step and take the job away, that is substantially better for the team.

I really hope this is true. God forbid Williams goes down for any reason, we should hope Kevin is ready to step right in and be

Guys if things play out the way the way its supposed to Kayaa will have a very difficcult time starting here. This Olsen kidis for real. Too many people are buying into the hype that we need a controlled passing game (a short passing game). Why? Duke and Yearby are hurt, Dallas is now a db. Our strength is the passing game, the deep ball. We have the best WR corp in the ACC. Do you guys really want to see dink and dunk football. That is what RW will give us.

I would like to see some kind of clock control, yes. Let the defense cath their breath from more than 49 seconds from either a quick strike or 3 and out. Come on dude, you know what we're getting at....I hope. We all know our offense scoring won't be the problem. It's what happens when the other team goes on an 27 play 6 minute drive for a TD, then our offense goes for either a quick strike, or 3 and out then those tired legs come back out.

This. We don't necessarily have to play dink and dunk football when you have playmakers at the skill positions like Duke, Coley, Yearby, etc. These players can take small gains and turn them into big ones very quickly. I believe that either QB is capable of making this offense work without dropping back, winding up and hurling the ball 60 yars downfield every 3 plays. That leads to quick 3 and outs, and our defense being worn down.
