He pretty much walked into an elite kid here so he should be off to a good start before the season starts. Between the portal and HS he’ll likely surpass the last guy in months. He’s walking in at a great time. Him and Dawson will be at goat status lol.

I'm thinking Robinson given his relationship with Harriott. That's a helluva start and a nice springboard to get after JJ and JoJo from. My cousin is the WR coach at STA and has his ear to the ground with many elite Broward kids, I'll ask him what he's hearing about the hire on the ground level...

I’m not saying anything about the season because as we sit this roster can’t cut it. We need more in the portal before I even think about next year. I just know this offense / scheme will help out dramatically with skill guys. Let’s talk next Dec. Last year I said top 6-8 class, this year I predict wr will be a huge upgrade versus last class.

Imo in Broward it’ll be very positive.

No doubt timing is great but you still have to do it. A lot of others from our past have walked into what looked like very favorable positions at the time and still failed. That includes Gaddis from just last year with multiple top 100 guys who had interest and pole position with Hykeem & Jalen Brown.

I think this might be year we get it done but nothing is ever a slam dunk in South Florida recruiting. If we pull it off Beard has to get credit for crossing the finish line no matter how green the grass is that he stepped into.

The Dawson hire opened recruits eyes. Mario told them there’d be a drastic change to the scheme and he wasn’t married to a system. He out his money wjere his mouth was and delivered. Now prove it on the field and it’ll be flooding skill guys.

The combination of scheme change, quality coaching, and an elite NIL game will make Miami highly competitive recruiting elite skill players. Portal help is needed after the Spring, and following up with marked offensive improvement in 2023 should reap rewards.

In the day of RINGS we’d break the huddle and opponents would WTF who to cover and who could actually handle there man.
And never knowing who’s getting the ball as we’re checking off reads and hand signals.

Knowing everyone is in sync with reads.
