But we'd have to pay a buyout for Guidry, a buyout for Schiano, and then likely pay him top of market rate for a DC... Thats a lot of money.

Says who?

I love when people just assume things.

You don't know what Guidry's buyout is, particularly if he moves on "voluntarily". Don't know how many times it's been said, he is not being "fired". But if your choice is "you can be demoted to safeties coach under a new DC", you probably find a new job fairly expeditiously.

And if a head coach decides he doesn't want to be a head coach any longer...well, let me ask you what you think F$U paid to get Malzahn...

Just don't make a bunch of assumptions and let things play out however they play out. That's all.

Schiano leaving Rutgers to come be Mario’s DC is the type of stuff that gets you on message board geniuses

Who said it?

And did anyone on the UCF boards say that Malzahn was going to F$U?

Did anyone on the UCLA boards say that Chipster was going to Taint?

Not saying it will happen, but let's not act like it is unprecedented.

Yes but we can hire non Miami guys
