Ken dorsey

Don’t see the Dorsey being the QB coach here panning out no time soon. With the season Dawson just had stripping that responsibility from him for whoever would be a slap in the face and just doesn’t make much sense.

And after the Josh Gattis experiment, having a separation between the QB coach and play caller just doesn’t seem like the direction we want to go in.

He was in a lose-lose situation with that train wreck of a franchise.
This is the only actual relevant accurate take in regards to Dorsey and Cleveland.

He was brought in to fix a QB who can't play anymore. That's really about it.

Stefanski now fired his second OC in consecutive years, next time, it'll be him.

You’re right I am sure it has nothing to do with becoming more of a veteran in the league either.
That what you’d expect but it was actually the opposite… Allen went from 9, to 10, then 15 ints, to 14 then 18 ints last season.

Got rid of Dorsey…. He had 6 ints this season.

Scheme is immensely different. Brady focused more on short team quickness, using RBs and smaller WRs to create seperation underneath. And they got the run game to support that.

Dorsey went for the kill way more often.

Dorsey’s scheme doesn’t appear to me like it would work in college. Everything has to go perfect for it to be productive. The times I saw it, if someone was having an off day, there was no fixing it

Love KD, but his OC days in the NFL appear to be done. What's next, who knows.

I still remember how a lot of people here wanted to give the former great, albeit untested, the OC reigns here based largely on being a QB coach. Perhaps it would've worked, but at least we aren't the ones firing him if it didn't.

OC thing just not working out for him.

Tbh, he's not that good of one.

But he is an ELITE Qb Coach.

He'll probably have some offers in that capacity, especially is Daboll gets canned and gets picked up as an OC somewhere else.

But if he's still floating around in March, Mario, you know what to do.

I'd put him squarely in charge of working with the young Qb's.
