The writing was on the wall when his father started talking about how his son had been recruited late so was going to enjoy the process and make a business decision.

I said at the time it wasn't going to go our way - those recruiting battles rarely do. He's clearly had the green light to commit for a while and

Yep. His pops was clear as day. He got a bit flustered when some CIS OG's pushed back on his , " we're gonna keep enjoying the process " & " yesterday's price wasn't today's price ". Nobody who speaks like that ever comes here. And him not coming to WF game was big red flag. I know D Money was saying that was a staff decision but I wasn't buying it, we got curved cuz the asking price was likely too high.

Hate to say I told you guys so but…

I know Tampa. I know Tampa people. I know based on high schools whose in it for the $$$ and who’s looking long term…if we do end up winning this battle, it isn’t because he loves Miami, it’s because we upped the green.

Also, if he doesnt get treated like royalty at whatever school he chooses($$$), he’s a 100% transfer. Mark it
