This actually has me pretty fired up to be honest. Seems like Mario has the guys locked in and understands how important these next 3 weeks are. No need for outside noise at this point.

Alford becomes a must flip (if he wasn’t already), and even then, him and Wiley would have been the best two LBs in this class.

Nix as the QB and those two on the outside would have been fantastic. We will see though still a couple of weeks

Can still happen, I’m just not buying the spin that was posted.

…we’re going into lockdown mode now? We weren’t before?

We just realized Wake is this weekend?

Yeah…fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 100 times…

And yet the same people in that thread will hold onto the hope. Like you said, we shall see. Maybe it does come to fruition, but I’m less than optimistic following the chain of events.

I’m with you. I won’t say anything else because the kids dad is here and I take his word for it

I certainly take his word for it over the musings of Dennis Smiff and Gaby (nothing against him just saying)

in reality, it wouldn't be two full days. I do see their point; probably would have discussed it with you last week

Yall really think we are dropping our pursuit of Wiley (or literally any other TOP prospect THIS LATE in the recruitment) who clearly looks like the best Or at worst 2nd best lb on our board when we are taking at least 3 guys? Yall make no sense lol.

Have yall seen our roster? We can take 4 LBs no problem. Kiko leaving, Alderman hasn’t done **** and could leave like he never even came, Chase Smith graduated already and shouldn’t be in program past this year. The Washington brothers we all hope stay but both could jump ship with a quickness… I think they still like Wes and he hasn’t been horrendous, so I’d bet on him and Aguirre being the starters next year. But it’s wide *** open.

As a UM alum, and a student who used to host prospective UM students during my "Presidents 100" days, I apologize.

I've heard the official reasons and rationale, but it's still never good to make a big change-of-plans at the last minute.

I hope that you will receive a lengthier and more detailed explanation, and I hope that UM is still as interested in Kellen Jr. as we were previously, and maybe we can all navigate this speedbump and arrive at a great outcome.

Keeping your family in my thoughts, and I truly hope you will have an amazing visit to UM. Just spent a couple of days on campus for Homecoming, and I am continually amazed by all of the changes and improvements to my alma mater.

Wake is one thing. The HS playoffs are another.

The combo of Friday night playoffs and ESPN setting our gametime for NOON is definitely tricky. And I say that even though my flight leaves Atlanta at 5:30 am.
