What is your read on Whitfield regarding this visit? Do you think we have a shot with him, or do you think he is coming to UM for nefarious reasons?

knowing fsu, probably the latter.
ryan green who has been recruiting other prospects to fsu and even did so openly this weekend is all of a suddenly interested in visiting uf on one of it's bigger recruiting weekends. i wouldn't let any fsu commit visit.

I think this is what Golden was talking about last week when he said the local kids are important enough for them to wait. They will be patient and not rush because they are important enough to Miami for them to wait on them.
He was largely talking about Keef there, IMO. But that goes for Thomas, Kirkland, and Grace, too.
I think all the local guys pull the trigger to the staff, but don't go public until signing day.

Y'all sweat **** too much. My boy AG got his degree in psychology. Olsen, Carter, Burns, And Standish will all be on that visit 6, Williams, Bryant, and Collins. There ain't a chance in **** he can flip all those dudes to FSU. Whitfield would actually be putting his feeble mind in danger by stepping into Golden's lair. Golden is on some Hannible Lecter type **** now. It's all one big mind game.
