I spoke to his mother yesterday and she said "we hope he picks miami". Sounds like legit interest in ND. The kid is the best lineman I've seen down here since Sam Young. So far ahead of everyone in terms of technique and plays with an attitude. I hope he's a cane.

Or do you just mean technique wise vs. prospect level? Linder was great also, in that sense.

I guess I'll have to rephrase what I said. Just from comparing them as juniors, McDermott is much better as a technician. Flowers has that raw power that most don't have. K.C. Is very patient in pass protection and has great footwork. You have to think he is going to make some serious gains in the weightroom this summer and his senior tape should be phenomenal.

The majority of his senior tape is him torquing kids with pure upper body strength. It's not exactly textbook but still really impressive IMO. Flowers definitely has the skill set to be an NFL LT.

I get jazzed up discussing flowers. Like him as much as any LT prospect i've seen. Should be a great nfler if he keeps working.
