If a kid is a baller, it will show. RARELY does it show afterwards. People will point to Elijah Roberts but he even flashed in games where we knew he would be missed. We didn’t see top 100 cfb player but we knew he had legit talent. This kid didn’t even fight.

Exactly Pruit came in as a tweener and flashed getting 1st team reps, took Spencer’s snaps likely. There was/is a huge need at safety so if he couldn’t make it there it seems to be on him.
