Kaaya Lions

Why is anyone surprised? The pre-draft feedback from the league told him to stay in school. Only Brad knows exactly why he left but there are no surprises in this case..

The NFL doesn't care about Richt's play calling. All they care about is Kaaya was so bad handling pressure that every team knew the key was stopping the run and putting hits on Kaaya. Kaaya was 0 threat to move in the pocket and he never threw risky throws and tried to make things happen.

This again. The kid is soft. I knew this after the FSU game.

He had likely a concussion and shoulder injury and still played through it come on now...

AND lost a tooth..

And lost the game and got outplayed by a freshman.....

And this has nothing to do with Right play calling ....NFL makes their on evaluations and how u fit what their looking for. Right won't be the one coaching or calling plays for him in NFL so what does that have to with anything.

Is it really so hard for people to believe that NFL teams don't want QB's who get rattled in the pocket

He cost himself millions
He cost us FSU, UNC, Va Tech & ND games last year too...

Ridiculous. First of all how did he cost us the VA Tech game? We had many opportunities to win the other 3, it wasnt just on him. The UNC game was his worst game.
You must have forgot that horrendous pick he threw when we were driving down the field...

Or the countless number of 3 & outs we had constantly putting our already banged up Defense that was missing multiple starters back on the field over & over again.

He had a 35.9 QBR that game, the revisionist history you all go through to try & defend him is what's ridiculous.

The other 3 games weren't just on him, but he should take the majority of the blame, yall are just easily mislead by pretty stats.

What about the pick that Franciou (sp) made that directly lead to our first touchdown. Net effect - turnovers were even.

What about Walton getting less than 2 yards a carry (for a whopping 30 yds for the game) while Richt was insisting on establishing the run. It forced Kayaa to be a sitting duck in third and long. Net effect - numerous three and outs.

What about a key four down touch down with less than two minutes left to supposedly tie the game only to have special teams blow the extra point. Net effect - Kayaa can't make the big play (I guess he should have been in to make the block). Go figure.

One play can't lose the game but one play can win it. We all thought he made the play to win it until the blocked point (that's not on him).

Everyone is venting on him because they look at the season and think what it could have been and he's the most visible scape goat. But if you set emotions aside theonly one that he really had a bad game would be UNC. Last season is over. Put it behind you. Next season is shaping up to be challenging enough with how unprepared we are at QB.

this is not a good look for anyone involved although kaaya had is short comings this has to suck for him.

The NFL makes bad calls, too. Lots of UDFAs that ball.

Just take a look at some of the crazy questions they ask. Latest I heard is, "how would you kill someone, with a knife or gun?" Insane.

Clearly Kaaya is an idiot.. "we could've won a national championship if I came back, but I'd rather be a 6-7th round NFL draft pick"

Lol.. guy couldn't avoid a pass rush or beat FSU if his life depended on it

What do you guys think the RPO is? It's simply just reading the defense and deciding if you should hand it off or pass based on the numbers. How does that expose anyone's weakness?

Here's the fact: Kaaya didn't have his best year. It was his first year in a new offense so that should have been expected. You could easily assume that he would have done better in the second year in the system. So it just makes sense to come back and build your draft stock in that situation.

What was his best year?
