Saban and Urban has suites at the FIU camp where they were meeting with recruits and their parents pretty much one on one. Coaches in home visits in June is basically what it was. Campbell and his parents were there as well.

Wow recruiting never ceases to amaze me in its ability to turn grown men into little girls. Campbell is WIDE OPEN. Why is that so hard to understand? He's got a lot of options. They're all on the table right now. It's early June for God's sake. Miami, OSU, Bama, and Clemson are all gonna recruit this kid hard as can be until February. So he took the ACT and then went and saw the 2 scumbags. OK. And when he comes to Paradise next month, will all of you say Miami leads? Then after his official to OSU in the fall, will they lead again? It's insanely early. Let things play out. Dissecting the kid's every syllable and step in June when he's said multiple times he's very open in his recruitment is ridiculous.

Exactly. The kid knows his cousin is a die hard Cane. He could be telling him exactly what he wants to hear because he's afraid to disappoint him. Sure as heck wouldn't be the first time a recruit has done that.

Again, you have to look at a kid's actions. What has he done to this point to make anyone believe he's a Cane lean.

I'm gonna say this one time and one time only, Ty knows he doesn't have to lie to me about where he wants to go to college. Yeah he knows I love the U but he knows I love my family much more. I'd be hurt if he doesn't come but I'd get over it eventually and he knows I'm not harboring any grudges whatsoever. TBH, I'm more happy that he's an excellent young man over anything he does on the field. He knows I'm gonna support him wherever he goes. If I were the typical overbearing family member then I could see the reason to lie to me but that's not the case. That creates an environment that is conducive for him lying to me. Until I hear that OSU leads from him, his parents or sisters, I'm not gonna worry.

That whole Gibson ordeal. Do kids just not know what happened? Do they even care?

If Miami had done that to a kid down here, we'd be blackballed. Just wondering why it seems like Urban gets a pass. Could be as simple as sayin that winning cures all.

I don't know if anyone else in our family knows about what happened with Torrance but I do. Torrance is from my part of C.C. and another kid I've known since he was a lil dude so I definitely shared my feelings about the ****eyes with Ty. Everyone's situation is different but I spoke with him about Urb and his unscrupulous ways. As an uncommitted prospect, he's gonna do what uncommitted prospects do and meet coaches with his parents. Nobody's selling him to the highest bidder and we're not relying on him to "save the family" so Urb & Satan can't work that angle. Stop worrying about him committing now, as long as we keep doing what we need to, when he makes it official he'll be LOCKED IN...

Precisely! Has Rumph not showed this kid live since he was in Optimist? Has Rumph not turned him into the beast that he is? Where's the love back to Rumph. What's also funny is how Urban gets this reputation as a family man, but he admittedly neglected his own family for years. He also does one of the worst jobs at keeping his family from getting in trouble with the law.
