Black's BBQ in New Braunfels. Very good too!Rudy's BBQ in San Antonio is very good.
One in Jax Beach also. Good stuffThe Bearded Pig. Just off of 95 on the south side of the river.
Salt Lick in Driftwood, TX is good!Coopers in Austin TX
Not a bad looking spread at all!I think BBQ in Miami is mid personally, but best I’ve had is way out there…SW 152nd, Smoke and Dough. Blows Shorty’s out of the water, not even comparable. Worth the drive.

Just some of the items we got last time. It has a bit of a Cuban element for some items but mostly traditional BBQ.
I live outside Austin, Black's is really good! But Terry Blacks in Austin and in Dallas is off the chain. Two brothers spun off from Blacks to start Terry Blacks. Used to live in Miami and I consider any BBQ offering in South FL akin to dog food after living here.Black's BBQ in New Braunfels. Very good too!
I live in San Antonio and LOOOOVE Rudy’s..Rudy's BBQ in San Antonio is very good.
It’s not like real bbq. It’s just that as a kid I grew up going there for the beef sandwiches and corn. My father was going there as a student at UM in the 50’s. It’s just one of those places I guess. To me shorty’s is convenient and edible. But yeah very overrated.
How is Mission BBQ? It's not that far from me; but 25 miles is almost 25 miles. My parents used to take me to Sonny's BBQ every weekend.
Holla for red plastic baskets and bench seating.
Georgia Pig in Broward is good eat'n too.
Used to love Allen and Son BBQ in Chapel Hill, but sadly I think it closed in 2018.This thread is so wildly off topic and on topic at the same time
Keep it up you beautiful ********
We get some **** good BBQ in the Carolinas
Love mission BBQ, but will say I'm biased because they are very pro military. How is Mission BBQ? It's not that far from me; but 25 miles is almost 25 miles.

I lived a less than a mile from that spot until 2019 before it opened so unfortunately never got to try it. Another spot out there that’s pretty good is Finka (not bbq). Ironically now I live out by where Pig Floyd was originally. So I missed out on both.I grew up on that side of town and now it's hard to muster up the motivation to fight that west side traffic. My parents still live out there and I dread having to drive out there to go see them. I'll definitely check this place out too....pic looks great.
Odd that this high 4* WI OT is coming down that week for a visit, but will be in Gainesville when we're having the BBQ
Memphis Barbecue is Tops with Kansas City. And Franklin is from Memphis. **** man the food is really gonna ***** us with him.
