JSmith blank check

“Miami has a mediocre rent a qb”

Will Howard in the regular season threw picks in 7 of their games, he threw for over 300 yards once

TrumpyCane guesses they would know about mediocre rent a qbs

Not only that but **** down his leg in crunch time against Oregon and Michigan. They’re lucky they had a 12 team playoff, cause without it they don’t win jack **** with their mediocre rental QB.

Well for him, it's also about coming back home playing with his friends, trying to win a NC at 2 schools, and playing with a better proven QB aside from the money aspect. Of course Ohio State could match money for money.
You say that as if it’s true.

Miami is always the bad guy in CFB.

I'm still trying to understand why this is a topic right now..I was expecting some of this in the spring but isn't it too late for him to enroll at Miami for the spring semester?

Unless the school can make an exception and still let him register and add classes before the 1/29 drop deadline, it's too late for him to join for the spring.

I think argument against OSU here is him basically already proving himself as being a star. He's a top 5 pick this year which is crazy to think as a freshman.
He went to OSU for the better track record of putting WR's in the NFL. But we showed this year with the #1 offense we can contend if the defense can get their act together

It comes down to if he wanted to come here or not truly. Worst case we make OSU up the bag and sweat it out. lol

When a player like Jerimiah Smith is involved, I’m sure the university will work around this

Isn't it too late for him to transfer for this semester anyways?

Beck would be smart to throw in a mil of his own money to get JJ. That's how much he's worth for Beck.
A couple of the board insiders have hinted that we will be happy after the spring portal window. No idea who that could be but JS certainly meets the standard and timeline given that last enrollment date was this past Monday.
