Obviously all the details aren't available to the general public yet but there's a good chance this whole ordeal is meaningless. Getting arrested on "multiple drug charges" can easily mean that he was in a car with someone who had weed and a pipe/rolling papers in his pocket. Paraphernalia possession is an extra charge. Like someone earlier stated, it's not uncommon for the police to charge everyone in a car if narcotics are found in the car. Usually the not guilty parties are quick to pin the blame on the guilty party and their charges get dropped. Even if they don't drop the charges, is a minor weed possession charge that serious as to where they'll revoke his scholarship offer? OOOOhhhh, a teenager was riding around in a car with a friend who had some weed in his pocket!!!! What a thug! GTFOH with that crap.

He was also charged with intent to distribute and being within 1000ft of a school zone.....Which are both felonies. One could also say smoking weed in a car can be similarly dangerous to drinking and driving. But let's be honest, if he's a first offender he'll skate on a misdemeanor. I'm sure the administration would've rather let that play out but this awesome fanbase will eventually push this onto the espn clf front page.....you know ...so we can ***** about their miami bias......
