My whole point is why would someone defend a coach who’s gone completely awol? I’m not disputing anything you said, I just think it’s weird for a player to do that.

I mean...maybe, just MAYBE, Gattis actually taught X a few WR skills. Not "playcalling", obviously, but maybe footwork, handwork, routes...
