Man F him. You use to put in work. Y’all gotta stop letting these internet nobodies run y’all off.Seems like you're the attention ***** by repeatedly questioning my post.
Cristobal is just waiting for pitchers and catchers to report for spring training before hiring a new OC.
I think it just means they need someone hired before they fire gattis. They aren’t going to fire him first and then look for a replacement, see ”hire Mario or just keep manny” from 2021wonder what he means by "commitment to the program"?
That’s crazy. Dude really was 100% focused on recruiting since the end of the season.
wonder what he means by "commitment to the program"?
This is exactly why I don't post much anymore. Instead of a discussion, I get repercussions.
Even Bama fans draggin Gattis
Don't even need maudes the message board police got this.Man F him. You use to put in work. Y’all gotta stop letting these internet nobodies run y’all off.
Commitment to the program means they’re taking the job. Nobody expects to hire a coordinator and keep him for 8 years. Good coordinators eventually become head coaches and expecting one to just stay at his position for more than a few years is unrealistic. The opposite of what some would want out of Kingbury; a guy who might do 1-2 years before running off to a bigger gig.
When you're Alabama-level and on top, you can plug and play coordinators in your championship-caliber, 5-star loaded system.
When you're a rebuilding Miami program that has been in the tank for years, with tons of coaching turnover, a safe bet Mario doesn't want to be on his third offensive coordinator by the 2025 season.

I do actuallyNot sure you understand the difference between "repetitive" and "consistent". I don't have to say something 1,000 times to be consistent.
On the other hand, I have occasionally said that Gattis should be replaced, since September.
I've never understood this logic. If I'm gattis I'm waiting till he fires me so I can collect a free paycheck then go be an analyst at bama. LolMy remaining hope is that Mario was trying to wait for Gattis to find a new job but no one wanted him, so he’ll just have to fire him this week.
Merged into the Gattis Thread. This is exactly why I don't post much anymore. Instead of a discussion, I get repercussions.
You thinking it happens soonI knew changes were coming per discussions at the Under Armour Game...
that's not a formula for success.. reality is any coach can agree to being here a minimum of 2 years but if he's getting interview requests after a season of great success for significant promotional opportunities, no real head coach is going to tell him "no".... you just can't hold back somebody's success like that and expect to continue to attract the best coaches...The opposite of what some would want out of Kingbury; a guy who might do 1-2 years before running off to a bigger gig.
