I wouldn’t say he didn’t but that pass game coordinator was clearly just a title for the money. The entire offense was gattis.

As far as coaching the QBs yea he deserves blame but when there’s a clear disconnect between the QB coach and the OC because they don’t speak the same language offensively then of course the QBs are gonna perform bad because they’re probably getting 2 different messages. So thats more on Mario than it is ponce or gattis

You picked out one part of his post and skipped over the rest. Ponce at the very minimum had input on play design according to TVD.
