Going to be real interesting to get Pete's response on this. Can't blame Pete for him flipping, that makes no sense.....but you can't sugar coat what happened. If you say he is coming forever and he doesn't you owe it to your readers on what really happened. Even if it was shady details, it's a bad look if the details behind the scenes aren't shared just because of some friendship you have with the kid. If bama just had a better pitch then say it, if they dropped bags then say it, if the kid played you and his 7 on 7 coach say it...but you can't just stay silent forever on it. That's my only opinion. Other then that great work as always, I enjoy all the content on this site.

Not saying it was/is..just said don’t wait for an explanation.if it hasn’t come in 50 pages doubt it’s coming...I’m not expecting one or care if he gives one..

For all the crap Ferman got from (me) and others, he was right about Jobe. He was adamant that Jobe would sign with Bama even after Jobe came out with that fake stuff on twitter. Behind the scene Jobe was telling Bama and pretty much anyone who would listen that he would sign with BAMA. Kid played us, I wish him nothing but the worst.

[MENTION=1740]brock[/MENTION], listen to [MENTION=7148]tonyg502[/MENTION]. Check out the other Jobe thread that was bumped up. He called it back in February. The coaching staff at this prep school is not on the up and up. They funnel kids to Bama and Michigan for their own gain which probably has something to do with the Jobe to Michigan rumors we heard way back earlier in the year.

"Next years class is gonna be LIT"

"Kid is a DIVA. Don't want that kind of attitude on the team. Could ruin chemistry"

"Staff LITERALLY couldn't have done anything more. Did everything we could"

"If he doesn't end up coming here, he was NEVER coming here".

"Miami's NEVER gotten the top guys. We'll be just fine".

"Even at our peak we ALWAYS lost out on our fair share"

Rinse, wash repeat.

This thread is like a **** carbon copy of the Dalvin Cook thread. Is Jobe gonna end up being a program changer? **** I don't know. I do know that if we allow Bama and other programs to come down here and cherry pick our top recruits year after year, we'll never reach that level. Fact is Jobe WAS a HUGE priority to this class and staff and they failed again.

Also, this isn't 15 years ago on the recruiting trail, get with the times dbags. We better start winning these battles.
