Jevon Williams

Sorry, but special is relative and subjective I guess. Great athlete no doubt, but for that size that’s not special to me. If he was 6’ 180 and running that fast then that’s a different story.

Because football players can't be special unless they're over 6 feet and have world class speed?
OooohhhKay!

No, but the threshold is higher on speed the smaller you are. It’s funny everyone on here clamoring this guy is special yet his offer list would say otherwise. If he ends up here I hope I’m dead wrong, but doesn’t look like a take to me.

That would be worst case scenario. He’s an offensive weapon and PR/KR and maybe your gunner. Just give him the ball and see what happens
Nigel Bethel all over again.

That’s why were offering Clarke and Colson who are both WR in high school and have a track record of intercepting passes. Not sure about Clarke but Colson finished his HS career with 26 interceptions.

Both are also 5’11 not 5’7 or 5’8 or whatever

The track times, especially being hurdles, is intriguing.

But 134 pounds.....that is tough for me. I was that big at 14.

not even close to the record

Currently the 4th fastest time in the nation in the 300

"No high school runner in the United States has run a better time in the 110-meter hurdles than Blanche Ely’s Jevon Williams did last week.

The junior track star ran a 13.94 in the event at the BCAA Championships on Friday, which is the top outdoor time in the nation, according to Milesplit.com. He also won the 300m hurdles with a time of 37.30."

134 pounds?

HUDL has him up to 5'10" 160. If he is that big now and still growing, then he is WAY underrated. The film doesn't lie! Seems Clemson has been recruiting him as a track & field athlete and he has multiple state championships in the low & high hurdles which remind me of Santana Moss(3 time triple jump state champ and indoor sprint champ at the U). His play at QB and on kick returns reminds me of Roscoe Parrish. Physical tackler and excellent ball skills at DB. Tested at 4.4 in the 40 and his GPA is higher than that. I hope we're seriously recruiting him.
