Interesting, but to put that in perspective Artie Burns was running a half second faster than that in HS. At that size you have to have “special” type speed.

The team is well under the scholarship limit and 7-9 players short for this class. A national record holder athlete is worth a shot.

It’s odd because that time didn’t seem that fast. I looked it up and fastest time in the country for HS track in the 110 hurdles in 2019 was 13.55. He’s fast, but pretty far off National best. Maybe it was very early in the season.

I mean as a guy to do end arounds, return kicks, etc why not, right? As mentioned above we have 7-9 spots (probably will be more as this staff scares more to leave).

The problem, however, is unless Manny intends on changing our OC and offensive coaching personnel kids like this/Tutu Atwell, etc. won't be properly utilized, anyways. So hopefully that is in the works post-bowl game as well.

Sorry, but special is relative and subjective I guess. Great athlete no doubt, but for that size that’s not special to me. If he was 6’ 180 and running that fast then that’s a different story.
