Which of the other potential at-large teams deserve it more? Bama with 3 losses, including to .500 level teams? So many of our "fans" hold the Canes to a much different standard than they do other teams. Other teams get their flaws and limitations ignored while ours are amplified by the "fans".

Miami would be the *easy* choice for the committee if SMU wins. They can say Miami was a P4 team with 2 losses instead of 3. That would also keep them from having to explain why they chose one of the 3 loss SEC teams over the other 2. But don’t expect it to happen. It’ll be Bama bc of strength of schedule and whatever bull**** metric they wanna use.

I don’t care about the other teams. I’m not arguing for one or any of them. But we simply don’t deserve a slot based on our performance and outlook.

Is there a chance that both Syracuse(9-3) and Louisville(8-4) are ranked in the next poll? If so, could be interesting.

You really think this Miami team beats Bama or South Carolina? I don’t and that’s why we shouldn’t be in. If you do then you are equally welcome to your opinion.

Only way we get into the playoffs as if they put us against Notre Dame. The ratings for that game would be ridiculous. Other than that I don’t see us getting it. Now this is me just throwing stuff on the wall, cause I haven’t even looked at the rankings and where teams may end up.

I'd rather back our way in and see Cam one more time. Hope the D makes ONE more stop. Recruits want to play for teams that make playoffs. Not whiny teams that dont want to play because they're afraid to get beat.
