I was thinking Year 3. Half of the team would be guys Mario/Staff personally recruited out of high school. You add in portal attrition and additions and at that point you have no carryover of culture etc by Year 3.

He’s a program builder whereas others might be microwave hot starters. But the program builder will be there and will stay there and when it gets going, it’s like a locomotive going downhill.

I’m not worried one bit….definitely get ****ed off from time to time but there’s no flinch.

I would think when Bain is a JR he will be fully developed and this current class are sophomore with nfl body types. I feel like this current class a lot of them will still be babies. That’s why I always thought in year 4 is when we see that leap into the conversation.

Because they can pay him so much money it’s insane. And no matter what the expectations are at A&M they aren’t as insane as at Ohio St.
