I spent 4 years in Atlanta. You need a 3.0 GPA to qualify for the HOPE scholarship.

[Atlanta is a miserable city in comparison to MIami, NYC, DC, Chicago, Boston, etc... We now live in LA and it is shocking how decrepit the South is in comparison to the West Coast. Atlanta is getting better, though.]
