Now I agree HORRIBLE choice in words, but any pro will tell you that you don't go 100 miles an hour on every route. Some routes are designed where you take a slower cut etc. Also, you may have some type of crossing route that you need the other guy to clear out a safety to create a window and if you are too fast getting to your spot, the safety wont have vacated.

Chances are we had Cager who runs like he wears timberlands with no shoelaces on the other side and by the time he got to his spot JT was in the locker room.
