JC Jackson says Miami no.1 choice!!!!

Y'all claim jc Jackson is better than corn elder but he hasn't played a down of football in college yet..... Look he is good I agree and has a very high ceiling but to make that state is very ignorant IMO. Corn is a baller and jc was too in highschool and alledgedly at Florida too. If he comes here we will see who is better. But I hate how this is becoming another thread on players not on the team that are put on a pedestal and unquestionably touted as being better than a player on our team....

The main reason is because corn has not shown to be a elite cb and uf was saying jc was better than tabor. He was going to start over tabor last year and tabor was 2nd team all-american.

So if JC was better than a guy that made 2nd team All-America that says a lot about how good this guy is

But corn is good as well and we need him and a couple other corners to play well.

Where did Florida make this claim? And yawl keep giving us someone else's stats and claiming them as JC's. Where is this data? I love JC's potential but come on now.

Barry Jackson had in the article jc was expected to start last year. Also I remember when he was at uf and espn was talking about how the coaches was saying he was going to be a superstar and the reports on him when he was there was that the dude was balling.

I live in Gainesville , most of my friends are gators and I never heard anything about him being better than Tabor. I just heard he looked pretty good but wouldn't start , could eventually be in rotation . That was Fr year , and the one game he played in he didn't start .

I want Jc here but I'm not crowning anybody until they " actually " show it on Sat

It's not false. What above post said is false. JC redshirted in 2014 after suffering a shoulder injury I believe and last year as a redshirt freshman he was projected to start with Hargreaves but that case happened.

JC is not better than Tabor, JC has yet to play a down, Tabor will probably be a top 10 pick next season and is arguably better than VH3.

Didn't take long for the faqcits to get back to telling us how Corn isn't all that great. It's ok to have 2 great CBs on the team, dumb faqcits.

This from uf 247 site a couple weeks ago.

Former Florida cornerback J.C. Jackson was an incredibly talented player, slated to start for Florida at cornerback in 2015, ahead of eventual second-team All-American Jalen Tabor.

That is, until he was arrested and charged with armed robbery in May. Jackson was acquitted of all charges in November, and he transferred to Riverside (Cal.) Community College.

Now, Jackson is looking for a new home. And an FBS program in the state sounds interested, according to a report by the Miami Herald.

The Herald writes:

UM, in need of immediate help at cornerback, plans to pursue former UF four-star defensive back J.C. Jackson, who was acquitted on armed robbery charges in November, according to his defensive backs coach at Riverside (Cal.) Community College. That coach, Isaac Shipp, told me that UM cornerbacks coach Mike Rumph called him, asked for Jackson’s number, and “said he’s very interested in JC and will be recruiting him hard.”

Jackson was ahead of Tabor and fellow cornerback Quincy Wilson on the depth chart during spring practice a year ago. Both had terrific seasons for the Gators.

He was been described by those close to the program as one of the best pure athletes to come through Florida in years.

The Herald reports Jackson is on track to graduate in May and will be eligible to play at an FBS school this fall. He has also received interest from South Carolina and former Florida coach Will Muschamp, as well as South Florida.

So in your dopey world, because some UF fans thought JC would start at UF your feeble mind extrapolates that he is better than Tabor. So because Tabor was 2nd team AA that means that JC comes in as at least 2nd team AA despite never playing at this level.

Basically says that Rumph called him for the first time last week and he might be talking to Richt and Diaz soon. He said he wants to have a decision in the next few weeks and it's mostly between USCe and Miami. The article is indicating that Miami is not all in on Jackson as others would suggest. Basically, Ferman being Ferman
Oh ok, Barry Jackson has connections so I'm still going to take his word over ferman, also do you also know what that Sam Bruce article was saying?

First of all, please consider the source. This is from 247 a pay site. Secondly, They used the term "slated" which only means that he was a candidate to start at CB. So, if we put this in terms of UM spring 2012 you could have said Gus Edwards was slated to start over Duke Johnson because the spring depth chart had the starting RB position as Johnson or Edwards. But most people that follow UM knows that this was meant as motivation for both players. But no way in **** Edwards was going to start over Johnson.

This was from Florida 247 site not Miami. And Gus was never slated to start over Duke. I provided facts and now you have nothing to say.

It wasn't motivation for JC. The guy is talented is ****. Miami fans wanted this dude badly when he came out of high school.

You're a dim gentleman. I'll forgive your lack of cognitive ability because there's nothing you can do about that. What's unforgivable is your bad attitude toward those trying to teach you.

Have your handler read those words to you a few more times and maybe it will eventually sink in that those are the words of some dopey blogger. Those words also do nothing to substantiate your claim that JC was actually better than Tabor.

Memory likely isn't your strong suit, but there were dopey bloggers who thought Heaps was going to and should start ahead of Kaaya. Are you willing to make the same dumb assumption about Kaaya and Heaps that you're making about Tabor and JC?

JC is a great prospect. No doubt. He hasn't done **** on the field yet. Just accept that and quit making retarded assumptions based on foolish data.

But if somebody thinks a guy is more talented that is their opinion you don't have to like it.
