Apparently reclassifying to 18 class, or trying to. Hope we stay on him. A big year and we'll change his mind, hopefully.

I will admit, I was wrong about this one. I didnt think he would commit to anyone this soon. Thought we at least had a 30% shot. But this isnt over. He will prob still stick but who knows what will happen in 2-3 years.

FSU has become family for this kid. It is what it is. Just like they didn't win every game with Dalvin, same true in his case. LSU didn't win as well with Fournette. Goes to show one cat doesn't guarantee anything. We'll have a RB just as capable as him come 2019.
 
being committed early hurts the school they are committed to. FSU is only going to get negatively recruited for the next 3 years and he will have all the best school in the nation telling him why fspoo is a horrible school.
 
I wonder how many houses Dumbo has to buy Ms. Betty for this one? He done bought her one.

Dalvin is so good because he has world class speed

James Cook FL RB 19 5-10 164 4.91 4.78 31.0 25.7 49.68

He may get faster but he will never have world class speed if he's running a 4.91 going into his second year of high school. My guess is that he will have a hard time being one of the top 5 RB's in Florida coming out his senior year so I'd rather Miami went after other, better RB's. Just my 2cents

It's funny, everybody saying we should drop Scott because of a 4.9 forty but this kid is a must get with a 4.9 forty?? LOL, speed can't be learned, you either have it or not. He will get a little faster but will never be "world class" like is brother. We will have plenty of better options the year he comes out so again, not sweating it.

This has got to be the softest fan base in America.. SMH, every kid we get is garbage and every kid that flips or chooses another school is the reason we don't compete for NC games...

Kid is just another good RB in a state that literally grows great RB's on trees... Move on

Same people that were saying Yearby>>>>>>>Cook in here saying James won't be a top RB in 2019.

He was always going to FSU but just be real.
