I rarely, if ever, take his word on a prospect. I do ask him where they’re going to rank players, why they ranked them that way, and for news/info and film I don’t get elsewhere.

His track record speaks for itself. The hit rates everywhere he’s been, including Oregon under Mario, have been pretty brutal. Also Michigan and Washington. All of those programs took off and got drastically better the minute he walked out the door.

He is the reason I knew what I did about Mario and Miami. Info he got from people still on that staff

brockenmeyer is a senior though ('21 recruit) and ranked the 53rd best IOL in the portal, chiles and moore were true freshmen.

matt lee and carpenter were also their evals, and both highly ranked - so 247 seems to be a lot less high on brockenmeyer than Mario and Mirabal (of who I trust more)

Well if rankings are that important to you. I’m sure it’ll make u feel better that On3 has him ranked as a 4 star #1 overall IOL in the entire portal lol

I don’t care about rankings - was just pointing out the major discrepancy

My only worry is that he went to TCU after not winning the Alabama job - I do however blindly believe in Mirabal

All these off season wins have amounted to very good but not stellar season with another disappointing ending.

I’ll take an L this off season for a deep playoff run every day of the week and twice on saturdays.

These off season mediocre moves and constant mopeness are sounding extremely promising.

Charlotte in December with a trip to Asheville.

Originally was at Bama, then TCU. Good player. Would take for sure as center depth and likely starter.

Apparently 247 has him graded from his last transfer and has not re-graded him yet.

Yep seen Gaby mention that.

But what’s wild is they immediately dropped his transfer grade on On3 now too after crystal balling him to us. He’s now a 3 star lmao
