Leigh is going to either LSU or Clemson, we have a shot, but we're on the outside in that one.

Oklahoma seems to think they are in front along with LSU according to their site. Apparently the kid is close with the 5* QB that's going to OU. But yeah I'm aware we are well behind, just taking what I can get lol.

Yeah he & Caleb are DMV (DC/MD/VA) area players, so they definitely know each other well.

Bedenbaugh is one of the best OL coaches in the nation, so I wouldn't put it past Okla landing him, but I ultimately think he'll commit to LSU.

Some interesting talk about the Brockmeyer brothers and Jalen Milroe. Seems they are good friends and the Brockmeyers intend to work Milroe to flip to Bama. Story is Milroe was about to commit to Bama last year and Maye beat him to it. So he committed to Texas. Saban and Sarkisan have been recruiting Milroe for a few months . Will be something to watch.

Good ole tricky nick must have something against tommy Herman. Cause he’s about to be in hot water losing two blue chip legacies and their committed quarterback

In the shock of the 21 class, the Brockermeyer twins are headed to Bama...

Both James & Tommy elite caliber 4 & 5-star OL's who are big time Texas legacies, their Dad Blake Brockermeyer is a Texas All-American alum & former 1st round draft pick who also played OT, he was an analyst at SMU last year but is currently coaching his sons at All Saints Episcopal HS right now, he's literally in Texas's school Hall of Fame. Their older brother Luke Brockermeyer is a current ILB on Texas who signed with UT back in 2018 & their Grandfather Kay played OT at Texas back in the 60's, their mom went to UT as well lol.

Normally, people would just say "bags", but these boys come from money their dad played in the NFL for 8 years & has been coaching since he retired & their oldest brother Jack is an investment banker, I highly doubt Bama paid them anything.

James is supposed to be announcing his commitment to Bama tomorrow & Tommy will sometime next month as well, what I wanna know is how on Earth did Herman fúck this up?!? Lol.
Maybe he had Hova recruit them?

A comparable legacy would be the Chickillo's, that's how deeply rooted the Brockermeyer's are with Texas.

Earl Little is just one generation, the Brockermeyer's are literally 3 generations deep at UT lol.

And Herman can't pretend like they're overrated or he didn't want them either, Tommy is a 5-star #1 ranked OT in the nation for the 21 class & James is a high 4-star #1 ranked Center.

Herman really dropped the ball here lol.
They know they will be developed plain and simple.

Any relation?

This is the only reason I opened this thread.

This is exactly what it is. Development and getting the boys to the NFL. Read a few articles about this impending committment last night. Even Texas fans know what the issue is. They believe two games last year probably sealed the deal against Texas: the Oklahoma game and the Baylor game. Texas OL essentially lay down. Doesn't seem to be much faith in Hand and Herman.

Still no pro bowls. So they get 1st round money but don't dominate their positions. Personally I think Notre Dame does a better job of developing lineman. Ronnie Stanley, Quentin Nelson, Zack Martin, and Mike McGlinchey...
As a ravens fan, Stanley is a BEAST. I was ****ed when he got drafted (bc Notre Lame) but I am impressed with his skill set and consistency. Right @Liberty City El
