She has to accuse him twice for it to be legit.

He hasn't been questioned by police yet. They basically told her not to pursue charges or her life would become a living ****. Somebody at the Tampa Bay Times got the ball rolling again. Reeks of a giant cover-up. This is gonna be hard to sweep under the rug. A lot of rape victim women's groups are gonna have an eye on this. This goes far beyond taking money, boat rides, and Bennihanas. How did they find ***** on her panties that matched his DNA and not question him?

Whole thing stinks. I have zero doubt the attorneys ,police and FSU coaching & administration have been, in the vernacular of college athletic compliance, handling this matter internally., i.e. covering it up.
