So, not only did you selectively respond to ONE of my multiple points, you also have added new qualifiers.

But the the truth is the truth. Blaming Pete and D$ is no excuse. You were wrong, and now you try to spin it away.

What's next, you're going to try to convince people that you were really referring to the diagnosis from Radakovich's optometrist? Or gaslight us into believing you didn't try to play the race card out of nowhere?

You are still behaving in a dishonest fashion.

Nobody confirmed a god**** thing. The "dozens of reporters" reported the same rumor that CIS posted.

The hiring was confirmed on March 5th. Stop bull****ting.

Hey, how did it turn out when Tennessee hired Greg Schiano? I'll let you Google that, and you can get back to me later.

Only at Miami, will people openly d**kride other programs in the conference. I know this comes as a surprise to some of our "Fans" but merely because someone played at or is associated with UNC or Duke, doesn't mean they know anything about college basketball, especially at a program like Miami. Ask Hansbrough if he would be happy with UNC running a non search, with multiple months of lead time, to settle on an inexperienced assistant.

If only the boosters promised the same $8M for NIL, and then ALSO allowed Radakovich to hire someone with head-coaching experience...

I wanna see how Lucas builds this roster, it’s great he’s got $8 million to work with, but how much will he have to overpay to get elite guys to come? Also it’s about actually picking the right guys that gel together. That money can go up in flames if you don’t do it properly
 


I am not a Florida Gators fan but if the rebuild of Miami looks like this then Coach Jai Lucas has the program on the right path.



This is what Kelvin Sampson has done without a huge NIL budget and he only took 1 kid from the transfer portal as his roster is built from prep recruiting and I am not talking about McDonald's All Americans either.




This is the immediate success some people want Coach Jai Lucas to have at Miami but he wasn't left the foundation at Miami that Coach Scheyer received when he took over at Duke.
 
People ain’t gonna like to hear it, but the honest to goodness goal next year should be making the tourney. Maybe by year 3-4 we can start dreaming of Sweet 16 and beyond, but Jai and his staff have to get this program back on its feet. Yes I know we aren’t far removed from the Elite 8 and Final Four years, but these past 2 seasons have really hurt the brand and whatever program momentum we had after those highly successful seasons.
