Jaden Wilkerson, Takalyen Muex, Demetrius Campbell o linemen

Center and Guard prospects don’t get a lot of love, but after watching Cohen,Nez,Lee, and Carpenter these last 2 years I realize they’re just as important as tackles with the exception of the guys like Francis who as soon as they step on the field you see the difference. I’m really going to miss Anez after this year and am worried about who fills in for him.

You think Anez enters the draft?

I don’t think he’ll like his draft grade if he does that

I think a lot of people miss this concept:

There will always be a Top 30 each year, regardless of the talent level of previous or future classes. Just because a guy is a 5 star in 2025, it does not mean that the same player (assuming he was cloned or the like) would not necessarily be a 5 star in 2026 or 2024. It's relative to the field.

That said, the idea that it's copium to say that we're striking out with 5 stars isn't really accurate. We need a couple years to see the quality of the OL in this class. Also, let us not forget that the OL now has talent AND depth, meaning that odds are high you will ride the pine for 2 years once you arrive (as you should IMO for OL play - unless you're a freak like Francis).

why is this a down year for Oline?
its seems like there are plenty of elite talent on the oline
they just going to other places

while this sounds like a copium excuse when we dont land the caliber of players we need,
Oline is the only position I feel we can give mario the benefit of the doubt
Ii feel it's a meh class nationally. Can you name me 5-10 kids in this 2025 OL class who are day 1 caliber ? Because I can think of that many for 2026 quite easily.

Couple things

1. I know better than to judge Mario on his class before signing day.

2. Anez Cooper has been our best run blocking lineman since the day he stepped foot on campus. He was rated an 84.

3. We have a lot of guys in our system already on the OL.

Not worried one bit, especially at Marios playing position. I don’t think that’s copium.

Ya’ll throw this word around far too easily…

Max is a nice prospect, but elite? C’mon brethren.
Thats my opinion.

I aint watch a bunch of ol film...but early in the spring i was high on Max b4 he committed because he was stonewalling guys in one on one that are ELITE DL currently.

I think Bell has been good enough that I think a next step in year 2 is realistic? Obviously shouldn't be handed the job. Also we giving up on Oku as a T?
Im high on Bell.

Im more possibly interested in bringing in the portal guy to compete with Pancake or maybe giving Mauigoa that guard spot. in case Arnez bolts
