I think in this days and age you have to have a short memory and thick skin when it comes to potential recruits or transfers. If the coaches feel JR or any QB available will make the QB room better then we should bring them in. Only the fans (maybe Randy Shannon when he was HC) feel emotionally jilted when a recruit/transfer doesn’t initially pick Miami. If Miami is serious about getting back to a consistent Top 10 team annually, they can’t hold grudges from prior previous recruiting attempts. Every new recruiting opportunity of prior targets comes with a clean slate and an erased hard drive.

When you put it that way, it almost sounds like we'd be doing HIM a favor.
I think both sides have baggage (he is a double transfer who has proven to be a litigious fellow and I would not exactly call Miami a college football "destination" with our lack of accolades over the last 20 years). Might be a good fit at the right price. Bring him in for some competition if it makes sense.

I agree with all of this...that being said, as a double transfer, what kind of NIL bag will/can he demand and is said bag worth it?
Not as much as we paid Cam but my guess would be around or more than we pay Amory. He’s a highly touted prospect with two years college development and 4 years of development. Forget about the money all these QBs getting paid. If he balls it’s low risk high reward for Miami.
Besides he already has a Bag. The money that Florida is settling, Arizona and Georgia.
If he’s my kid the focus is to go somewhere put two Very Productive years of film together and go to the league.

This is what happens when you burn bridges and over play your hand on top of not being that good.
All do respect Sir, what has the Public seen of him to come to the conclusion that he’s not that good???
I know you know who you know. However the public has no Evidence of this. We knew when he went to Ga it wasn’t to start. He did show flashes as a true freshman before injury and everyone thought he was not only good but better than Amory in High School.
I just want to know?

Who the heck is Amory?
