But you saw fit to call him out, when there were weak links across the board. Kirby knows a little about playing safety and coaching safeties; I'm pretty sure his talent evaluation and developmental skills is far more superior than Lance guidry's. **** even Kam took a step back under his watch and Powell didn't look serviceable on the other side. Mario is always doing overhauls, and he gets his guys every year. But then you have to develop them and coach' em up, and there lies the problem. Multiple players took a step or two backwards bcuz the guy responsible for overseeing a unit Failed his assistants and players. Did we even have one acc 1st or 2nd team defenders, that's on Guidry (and Mario for allowing it to continue as long as it did.)
