Jacob Lichtenstein 2017 DE would he flip to UM if offered

Jacob Lichtenstein 6'5" 250lbs 2017 DE from Cypress Bay HS who recently committed to USC(w), would he flip to UM if offered later in the season by the Canes? The young man is a high motor kid who Larry Bluestien is high on. I think the kid has a big upside and under coach Kool could be a JJ Watt or Matt Walters type if he came to Miami.

Things have been very quiet about Miami and him, so I am wondering what some others have heard.

Lichtenstein in a recent interview said he was a USC fan growing up which is why he commuted, however in older interviews he said he was a UM fan growing up.

Isn't that nice to finally say Miami doesn't need another dlinemen but rather we may want an additional linemen. If there is room later in the class do to roster transfers, why not make a run at a south florida long athletic dlinemen that can grow into a DT who is also a high motor kid that is smart .

I'm not saying we shouldnt recruit him because hes white lol. Some UM greats have been white and that has nothing to do with my comment. My point is that you only compared this scrub to JJ Watt because they are both white. JJ Watt is currently the best defensive linemen in the world. It is like comparing Joe Yearby to Todd Gurley just because they're black and they both played for Richt.

Not picking on you in particular just think its funny how everytime we look at a white lb people compare him to Morgan, everytime theres a white wr people compare him to Welker or Edelman. Just very simple minded comparisons and/or terrible evaluating.

JJ Watt went to school in MILWAUKEE. This kid is from South Florida at a heavily scouted program. I'm from Wisconsin. It's not even apples and oranges, it's like comparing an apple to a fish.

Yeah, I doubt he has similar athleticism to Watt. Watt is, as you said, "freak of nature" athletic.
That doesn't mean he's not a good prospect. A USC offer would suggest that he is.
