Did you ever consider, in all of your multiple complaints - across multiple threads - about the Maudes deleting threads related to Marshall, that maybe we’re doing what’s in the best interests of our insiders’ protecting sources & the team we love, given what’s transpired?

Regardless of how things played out, it's super obvious that Ivins is a **** reporter with no info. He claims he doesn't want to ruin a kids moment when he has no info and is quick to ***** over a kid when he does. He's just a crappy human being. If I was a coach or recruit, I would question telling that kind of report anything and potentially revoke his ability to come on campus.

Ivin cared more about his clout than the recruit. That much is super obvious. Don't ever listen to him when he says he's not saying something because he doesn't want to ruin a moment. He's lying and doesn't have any info. He just proved to you that he will ruin anyone's big moment to help advance his own career.

Its just like people in finance who were asked to fake numbers before Sarbanes Oxley. They did what they were told and it was legal. While thats true, it was always immoral.

I thought you were joking but you are exactly right. Its that same scumbag that said Miami stopped talking to B. Smith then backpedaled when he caught heat.

We know for an absolute fact he already tried to ***** Miami once (not conjecture- the reporter even said there was no misunderstanding and he quoted the coach 100% accurately). Now there is a big mystery as to who would ***** Miami by telling Bama and/or Ivins of Marshall's surprise announcement? Mystery solved.

Getting distracted by the real issue. This isnt about Ivins or Bama. Much bigger problem is that a coach on a team with several elite players leaning Miami already tried to ruin one commitment and may have succeeded in ruining another. None of this happens if the coach doesn't make the calls. Let me guess the reason why, this guy thinks Saban will reward him by helping him get on a D1 staff.
