It's time to speculate on new DT names....

Anyone want to take some stabs at it?
We know Golden and staff are going to bring in DTs in some shape or form.

There is a kid (Kyle Shortridge) from Seminole Ridge HS who initially committed to Purdue,
but flipped to Loserville after the Boilermakers' HC was canned.

Thoughts?

Are some names I'm just throwing against the wall. Listed in order of likelihood.
 
I hope we somehow get Dee Liner. His name is awesome and he is good but his name is perfect.

I believe the staff will pull 1 or 2 D-linemen we have no idea they are recruiting. Way under the radar type kids. If the staff think highly of Clark and Moten then they need to be top priority the day after 2013 signing day.

Would love to get any of those 3 mentioned above.

I'm joining Paranos on the Donta Wilkins bandwagon. If we can get 2 out of Wilkins, Bryant, and Bostwick that is a successful DT class. Wilkins reminds me a lot of Curtis Porter and is the only one mentioned that seems to fit really well as a NT

Think its a must to get some big time DT's this year. They take time to develop. IF we get those guys next year, they most likely wont be ready to contribute. Cant keep saying next year. We need big time nasty dt's yesterday!!!
 
Thoughts on Senat?

Also, there was a big DT from Georgia who came to camp last summer and did well. His dad used to post on canestime. Anyway, he was a 3 star OL on scout. Anyone know who he is?

Senat is is too short and may have maxed out size wise already. IIRC he has work to do to qualify.
 
Good thread, Carlos. I absolutely think Al Quadin Golden will pull a DT that no one is talking about. There will be some under-the-radar action at DT this cycle. Who that is? I haven't a clue.
