it is what it is..

In July if many of us heard we’d be 10-3, many would be happy. It sucks to lose but the season was fun, Cam is a baller, and what we all thought would happen did in fact happen. Our DBs were suspect going into the season, and it showed up. Sometimes we have to take our canes glasses off and see that Guidrys defense had holes in August, and we didn’t fix them…Deep down I think we all knew this wasn’t a championship team. And if we see it, the guys who get paid to do this **** def saw it too
It's hard to appreciate this 10-3 when our three losses were completely preventable. Championship team or not, lots of dumb coaching decisions were made this year and we completely wasted our best QB ever.

Ok I need to apologize to @cway313 for an earlier comment about negativity. I’m fully on the WTF are we doing, across the board train. Very, very frustrating loss and season on a number of fronts.
I accept, I realize me pointing out the bull**** bothers some, but I'm 34, and I haven't seen a well coached Miami team since I was a kid. I can appreciate the sun will come up tomorrow crowd, but the everything is going well stop complaining or mentioning glaring ******* issues crowd eat at my ****** soul.

Joe Z, Don Bailey Jr, and Mario trying to convince us it was a good and successful season. LOL you can't make this up what fools.

So Miami loses 42-41 in the Pop Tart Bowl. To finish 10-3. In many ways it was a microcosm of the '24 season -- Cam Ward did so much for this team and program, but the program (specifically the defense) didn't do nearly enough for him

This should've been a playoff team. It wasn't. And by that standard, this season in my view wasn't a success for Mario Cristobal and the #Canes

It was a fun and entertaining team, but a terribly flawed one(two units, defense and special teams were really bad).

As Bill Parcells says, ''aint no medals for trying."

-- Just one take away as we head into the off-season: there's no way Cristobal can bring back Lance Guidry, right? If he does, OK, it's your job, good luck with that. I have never seen a more uncoordinated unit in my life. They wasted a special year for Cam Ward and the offense

Players fault not Marios. Dont be a clown
It’s always anybody but the head man with you martyrs.

It’s Josh Gattis
It’s Kevin Steele
It’s TVD
It’s Don Chaney
It’s the Refs
It’s Jaden Harris
It’s Kiko
It’s Emory
It’s Oregon and UF and Ohio State spending too much money
It’s the rest of the players
It’s Dennis Smith

Like do you see how ******* stupid y’all sound??? 😂😂 Three years and it’s double digit scapegoats. Not even Randy apologists had this many excuses.

I’m usually slow to criticize. Or at least slow to get off the bus and call for heads.

I’m just not sure we can win with this guy. Especially when his strength as a recruiter is neutralized by NIL.

I’m gonna have to try to get excited for Carson beck coming back from injury or Quinn ewers after he gets run out of Austin. Either of whom will probably cost $3M per.

It’s not good right now.
Yeah, the football landscape shifted monumentally overnight.

Cristobal was always going to put together a talented roster with his recruiting acumen. That's less likely to happen now that the SEC and BIG10 have pulled away financially. Just look at the 2025 High School recruiting class.

It's over for everyone else - you'd have to be a coaching savant to make up the inevitable talent gap that's forming.
