no, no and no. no luck. as hemingway said, luck is preparation meets opportunity.

this is good timing to go with an institutional rehab of the football program and produced Mario, Rad and everything else.

as with EVERYTHING else, win and everything takes care of itself. i don´t care if we are #1 or #5 or #9. anywhere in the top 10 and this would mean we are getting sufficient elite guys to turn the program around and start winning big which attracts more and more elite recruits.

Disagree, this is luck, unless you're saying Mario somehow convinced the NCAA to disregard their contempt for Miami and waive the IC requirements for his first two years.

I will agree with you that Mario's ability to fill the roster with quality recruits when the IC rule was softened most definitely wasn't luck.
 
We're in line for a top 5 class if we land the guys we're currently favored for.

I think top 8 is the floor and top 3 is the ceiling.

The grest thing is that we're recruiting on par with UGA and Clemson. The number of top 100, top 200, and top 300 players are very similar. We actually have more top 100 (5) and top 200 (4) players than Clemson (top 100 - 4, top 200 - 2) and they have 1 more committed than we do.

We're in play for a lot of top recruits. If we somehow win the ACC or at least get to and play well in the title game, I really think it would make the difference in getting M'Pemba and McClain. Hopefully, Samson is on board regardless.

I'm checking to see if Cribby is making that wording mistake because a definitely possible scenario of Okunlola + one of Cormani, Hykeem, Mpemba, or another 5 star would most likely make us top 5. If not top 5, we would certainly not be lower than 8, so 8 should be our floor.

I’m not using emotion with my “ opinion“. I’m also not automatically counting kids like I’m new to this.

One minute this board is losing their mind after missing on a couple guys and saying we’ll be 10-15. Five minutes later we land two guys and we’re now suddenly going to have a top 3-5 class lol. I have my reasons for saying 6 as the ceiling, I could be wrong but I could be right. It’s an opinion in July lol.

We will hit on guys and miss on guys. Recruits some of y’all are counting will be a miss, just like guys will be in this class you have no clue about right now.

My apologies for not hyping ya‘ll up more.
