Interesting article about playoff selection

Yes.

Two things can be true at the same time.

We blew it.

We got screwed.

I have a solution to get 2 ACC teams in the CFP. SMU opts out of the ACC-CG. Miami and Clemson play in the ACC-CG. Winner gets the auto-bid.

**** the SEC/Big-10 duopoloy. Let's steal our money back.
That's a great idea

Still a moderately unfair metric, when Alabama is getting all the best slots on ABC/Worldwide Leader.

As we play in the early hours on a Sunday...
And they are playing other huge Brands. When we played Florida we did too

The part that is BS is that the SEC isn’t even a powerhouse this year

Bama literally lost to Vanderbilt and A 6-6 Oklahoma team.

If there losses were to Texas and Tennessee this would be a different discussion.

Lowkey ACC should just make this happen. Literally from SMUs perspective it guarantees them a playoff spot even if it seeds them lower whereas they will definitely miss out with a loss cause committee clearly wants Bama in no matter what

Exactly, and I don't wanna hear "we should have won" anymore either. That's irrelevant because the team that jumped us didn't win, if we got jumped by South Carolina then that holds water otherwise, not so much.

The SEC hasn't been totally dominant in a couple years now if you go by out of conference and bowl season records.
