Stop listening to Flo. He is a terrible option. UNLV back up QB was an upgrade when he took over when Sluka left. His passing numbers at UNLV were terrible. Passing completion % was at 43 percent yuck. At least he can run. The 43 percent is a huge no no

And see that he won the Clemson 2023 game against a top ten defense. And had us driving for the game tying TD at FSU when FSU was a 12 win team.

We'll be fine with Emory, if he ends up being the starter next year. You should not compare him to Cam Ward, which is what those two halves forced many to do.


@NicKane - adding you to this post.

Emory performed poorly and the loss of confidence is understandable, but everyone in America knew he was passing in that situation and their defense drops 8 all game. Even if he completed some passes and put us in position to win you still go out and get the best QB you can.

I believe he competes in the Spring and continues to develop at Miami this season, but I don't believe he stays longer than that.
