Petrino. Great recruiter and developer. Plus, he HATED his NFL experience. Schiano, Chud, and a few others being mentioned would much rather have NFL jobs.

Petrino is the most likely to stay and develop a program to championship standards, as he did the NFL thing, and would not go back. Wouldn't' a guy who does not see us a stepping stone be a one of the key attributes? Petrino is a win in all tangible coaching metrics as well.
