If true brace yourself

I'm going to send this to my senator, congressman, state rep. Asking that they look into this gustopo tactic and violation of the constitution and state satute.
How about you make sure to spell check before sending those messages off? Just a suggestion......

What? The Gustopo is going to tear down all of the state's satutes?

Whatever. The "Donna will squash this" line has been dropped on message boards for years but it never materializes. Stop being disillusioned.

Cause he wasn't joking or anything...

Whatever. Message boards have been serious business for years. Stop being disillusioned.

From Heather Dinich

The NCAA's system is flawed, and this letter to former Miami players proves it.

As they should, they could all get together, hire the best lawyers in town say they don't admit anything, if you say we did something you sure and **** better prove it or we will sue your ***. At some point some of the richer former Miami players need to stand up and hire lawyers.
rs
Former players will threaten to sue the NCAA if they pull that ****.

Go ahead and talk to the NCAA. Tell them all sorts of fancy lies. Tell them that not only did Shapiro not give them anything, but Florida and Florida State gave them bentleys to go on official visits. That The NCAA raped their mothers. That Charles Robinson is the guy who set off those fire extinguishers at UF and blamed Willie Williams for it. That Nick Saban stabbed those two guys outside the Atlanta night club in 1999.

There is no penalty of perjury for lying to the NCAA. No obstruction of justice. Just show up like Wee Bay and make a mockery of everything. Be like "I'll admit to giving a stripper an abortion myself if you give me a fish sandwich."

**** the NCAA.

This... Nothing they can do for lying to the NCAA.

They should write back, i don't admit any wrong doing, if you say i did something i didn't, i will sue your corrupt ***.

IMO, this is good if no players speak. All the NCAA has is the word of a convicted liar.

Miami will get served with papers on what they did wrong, the NCAA better not put down guilty for 100 players who didn't talk. Then it's up to Shalala to grow a set and hire lawyers, get the ex canes together and say prove it. Got to be some recourse for this type of bs.

jesus ******* christ, what the **** are you talking about?

UM hired the top guy in the country for NCAA investigations right after this dumb *** story broke.

Another thing about the Miami/NCAA letters: Players can take the meeting and deny everything and/or defend themselves. That IS an option.

I believe NCAA is only issuing letters/arguing "presumption of guilt" against players it already has corroborating evidence on.

7. For players who don't comply, UM can't argue said players weren't given opportunity to refute charges, as NCAA produces deadline letters.

2h Charles Robinson ‏@CharlesRobinson
6. W/ players specifically charged w/ evidence, NCAA produces letters showing said players were given a final deadline to defend themselves.

2h Charles Robinson ‏@CharlesRobinson
5. When NCAA goes before Committee On Infractions, arguments are made against only players who have corroborated evidence against them.

2h Charles Robinson ‏@CharlesRobinson
4. NCAA decides on hard line stance with letter, despite knowing it can't argue "assumption of guilt" in front of Committee On Infractions.

2h Charles Robinson ‏@CharlesRobinson
3. NCAA believes it has to show it gave ample opportunities for former players to defend themselves, decides to put overtures in letter form

2h Charles Robinson ‏@CharlesRobinson
2. NCAA goes over entire case, troubleshoots any unresolved issues or loose ends. Still has majority of former players refusing to cooperate

Here's my take on the NCAA letter to former Miami players. In numerical order. 1.) The NCAA is in final days of its investigation into UM.

Ok. I'm going to explain this NCAA letter to former Miami players so fans understand it. Please hang with me for the next few tweets.

So this letter...are the following people guilty unless they too respond and contact the NCAA?...Shannon, Coker, Nix, Whip, Stout, Haith, Hill, and the many others in our revolving door of coaches over the past decade plus, Patchan, P. Peterson, Antone Smith, DeBose, L. Trail, I. Mac, D. Thompson, L. McCoy, the Brown bro's, Marve, and the many many many many many recruits who are at other programs that were once recruited by UM? If ex-UM-ers are guilty until innocent, so are the players & coaches at other schools we 'gave benefits' and 'handed out the benefits ' too as well.

I'm thinking alot of schools and coaches are against this letter as well.

That makes no sense whatsoever. Cognitive Dissonance from a truly sad pathetic little ginger whose world is crumbling all around him.

I said this in the other thread, but why send a ridiculous ultimatum letter if A) you've already sent multiple requests and B) have actual corroborating evidence already? For the gratuitous PR hit? Just go forward with the evidence and the requests you have. When presented with corroborating evidence of the allegations and a lack of comment, is COI not going to take it seriously because the NCAA didn't threaten the players one last time and give them an artificial deadline? Makes no sense.

THEY DONT HAVE ****. **** CHARLES ROBINSON

If they have the hammer loaded, well hit us
This seems like grasping because you don't have that piece you need to put it home

How can they threaten anyone they have no jurisdiction over, and say we will use 'uncorroborated' evidence as FACTUAL?
Sounds rather fishy and flailing away and hoping they land one good punch.

Robinson calls guys like me to get information on how NCAA infractions cases work. He has no credentials to discuss anything related to the case based on his personal knowledge. I personally have not talked to him, and were he to call me, I would tell him to suck his mother.

He said "let me explain it"

Then "here's my take....."

Go **** yourself you ginger *****

Bad Luck Chuck

Chuck says letter is to only those they have corroborating evidence against. Letter says they are going off of Nevin Shapiro's word with no mention of evidence.

I keep telling you guys not to worry..Who gives a **** what happens as long as they don't take away Canes Football, here is a few thoughts.......

1.Next year if we go 10-2,11-1 or 12-0,who cares if we can't play in a bowl..**** it we still kicked everyone's asses
2. Golden has already been preparing for this by bringing 42-58 players (dressed) to simulate what scholly reductions would do.We still won the coastal right?
3. **** the NCAA too, eveyone hates us and still thinks we have a bunch of hoodlums and punks playing here,it's simply not true.

But embrace the US vs WORLD mentality,**** em bro,we're still the Canes........and we still strike fear in the opponents eyes when we're on top of our game.
