“Good” college safety play gets a W vs GT or SU.If you need an nfl safety to competently run your defense and for the defense to be at least average, then you are the problem.

could guidry be the problem? absolutely
but everyone on here was *****ing about the offense last year and we got cam ward and damien Martinez and now we have the best offense in the country
need Mario to go ham in the portal on D
I do the same.Gonna search my post history before reacting to this
I am the one that disagrees.Absolutely. And that shows just how close we were. Now we need to go find their replacements but also somehow replace a Heisman level QB and our most productive slot receiver in program history. Make it happen Mario.

Neither one played and followed their assignment on defense and made holes available for the runners/receivers.
When I tell you.. it was PAIN not seeing Zaquan Patterson on the field. How can we not question Zaquan could be a bust? I can't pass judgement too soon, but dam man.
Patterson made assignment mistakes when they put him in just like everyone else. I'm telling you, Guidry messed with their heads. Something is fundamentally broken back there. We need more talent. But that debacle was not about just talent, it was the dynamic.
Guidry may go somewhere else and tear it up, be the best **** DC in history. But IMO it's not happening here. He's gotta go.
The universe often permits you to have more than one problem at the same time, as it turns out. Then Guidry isn’t the problem.
